The Bellevue Incline and Elm Street Steps
The Cincinnati-Clifton Incline Plane, better known as the Bellevue Incline, connected Elm Street in Over-the-Rhine to Ohio Avenue in Clifton Heights. Washington Park Grand Opening Celebrations and Free Concerts
The official ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the reopening of Washington Park will take place on the bandstand in the center of the park at 10:00am Friday, July 6.
